1. Acceptance of Agreement
1.1 This User Registration Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and Shays Beauti Boutique LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.2 By clicking “Agree”, completing account registration, logging into our website, mobile platform, or playing our casual games (including flagship game Catch the Piggy), you confirm that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accept all terms of this Agreement.
1.3 If you disagree with any clause herein, you shall not complete registration or use any of our game services.
1.4 Minors under 18 years old must obtain full consent from parents or legal guardians before registration; guardians shall bear all liabilities arising from minor’s account use. Users under 13 are prohibited from registering accounts.
2. Account Registration Rules
2.1 You shall submit true, accurate, valid and complete information during registration, including email address and basic identity information. You shall update relevant information timely once it changes.
2.2 Each natural person is limited to register one user account. Duplicate accounts, batch account registration via bots, scripts or automated tools are strictly forbidden.
2.3 You shall independently set a secure password and keep your account username, password and verification information strictly confidential. All operations, game behaviors, virtual item consumption and transactions under your account shall be deemed your authorized behaviors, and you shall bear full legal liability.
2.4 Immediately notify us via support@iunogame.com if your account is stolen, hacked or illegally logged in. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect account credentials.
2.5 You shall not rent, sell, transfer, lend or share your account to any third party without our written permission. We have the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in account trading.
3. User Code of Conduct for Game Services
Our platform provides casual leisure mini-games, with core work Catch the Piggy. You agree to comply with the following rules during gameplay and platform interaction:
3.1 Do not use plug-ins, cheats, modifiers, game cracking tools, bugs or other unfair means to gain game advantages.
3.2 Do not harass, insult, threaten, slander or abuse other players in chat rooms, comment areas or game interactive interfaces; do not publish violent, pornographic, discriminatory, illegal or offensive content.
3.3 Do not spread viruses, malicious links, fraudulent information or conduct any illegal commercial promotion through the platform.
3.4 Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute or resell our game software, game resources, character images and game logic without authorization. All game intellectual property including Catch the Piggy belongs exclusively to Shays Beauti Boutique LLC.
3.5 Do not use the platform to engage in money laundering, gambling, fraud or any other illegal acts violating local, state and federal laws of the United States.
4. Virtual Items & In-Game Assets
4.1 All game coins, skins, props and virtual rewards in Catch the Piggy and other mini-games are virtual platform goods with no real-world cash value. They cannot be refunded, withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game system.
4.2 We reserve the right to adjust game rules, virtual item balance, activity rewards and game version content at any time without prior compensation notice, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
4.3 If your account is suspended or permanently closed due to violation of this Agreement, all unconsumed virtual assets will be cleared without compensation.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
5.1 Voluntary Cancellation: You may apply to cancel your account by sending a cancellation request email to support@iunogame.com. After account cancellation, all game data, virtual items and historical records will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
5.2 Forced Restriction: We reserve the right to temporarily freeze, suspend or permanently close your account without advance notice if you:
(1) Provide false registration information;
(2) Use cheating tools or exploit game loopholes;
(3) Violate user conduct rules and disturb platform order;
(4) Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities through the account;
(5) Seriously damage our brand, game operation or legitimate rights and interests.
6. Privacy Protection
6.1 We collect necessary registration information only for account authentication, game service provision and customer support. We will never sell, rent or disclose your personal information to irrelevant third parties without your explicit written consent.
6.2 We adopt industry-standard encryption technology to protect user data security. You may contact our support team to inquire, modify or delete your personal information.

7. Service Disclaimer
7.1 Our casual games are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We may suspend services for server maintenance, version upgrade or emergency repair without prior notice.
7.2 We are not responsible for any losses caused by unstable network, device failures, third-party payment platform faults or illegal account intrusion resulting from user’s improper password management.
7.3 We shall not compensate for indirect losses including but not limited to lost profits, data loss or reputation damage arising from your use of the platform.
8. Modification of Agreement
We reserve the right to revise this Agreement at any time. Updated clauses will be posted on the official website. Your continued use of game services after revision publication means you accept the updated Agreement. Please check this page regularly for updates.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States.
10.2 Any dispute arising from account registration and game service use shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation via our support channel. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit disputes to the competent courts of Louisville, Mississippi.
11. Miscellaneous
If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining clauses shall remain fully effective. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and our company regarding account registration and game services, superseding any prior oral or written communications.
